We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
EU Customers
Ordering goods online that are dispatched from a non-EU country
When you buy a product from a non-EU country, VAT (Value-Added Tax) is payable on your purchase irrespective of the value of the goods. In addition to VAT, you may also have to pay customs duties for goods above €150 and excise duty for specific goods. Detailed info here.
If available, always choose an EU country warehouse, closer to your location so you’ll not need to pay VAT.
Chances are that even if as an EU customer you’ll need to pay VAT, our prices are so competitive that you’ll still be better off purchasing from us.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
