We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping worldwide over AUD 30.00 from our warehouses in China, USA and some European countries. However, depending on stock not all products are available from all locations.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees – if any, once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
EU Customers
Starting 13 December 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) will come into effect, introducing new compliance requirements for products sold within the EU and Northern Ireland. As a result, we will be unable to ship to these regions after 12 December 2024. This regulation imposes stricter safety and traceability standards for products, and until we can fully meet these new requirements, we are temporarily unable to process orders to the EU and Northern Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to ensure we can resume shipping as soon as possible.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
